Barrel-Aged Old Fashioneds and Manhattans!

Back in August we were sent 6 Four Roses Single Barrel Select. We immediately began prepping the barrels to be cured. We filled them with water and those barrels endured a 3 week curing process. After the barrels were fully prepared, we filled them with Four Roses Bourbon and a few other ingredients. We have a set of Manhattan barrels and a set of Old Fashioned barrels that have been aging for 6 weeks. On October 9th at 5pm, we will be pouring these aged cocktails!! Come try out our limited supply of these Four Roses Barrel-Aged cocktails!

Join us for the release of two Deep Wood Series on draft from Revolution: 1. V.S.O.J - a blend of English-style barleywines aged between two and three years in bourbon and rye barrels. 2. Code Switch - a dark Belgian ale made in collaboration with Indianapolis’ Sun King Brewing, featuring Indiana maple sugar, Belgian Dark Candi Syrup and a blend of Belgian yeast cultures that’s aged in Tennessee whiskey barrels and Kentucky bourbon barrels before getting an aggressive addition of unfermented blackberries. We also will be tapping: 3. Tropic Hero 4. Anti-Hero 5. Eugene Coffee Revolution Brewing and The Brass Tap will be donating $1 per draft each on Tropic and Anti Hero all month to the Karen Wellington Foundation for LIVING with Breast Cancer. See Less
